$95,000 – $135,000 a year

Developing and executing the regional PCL supplier diversity program, including the mentor/protege program
Continuing to build an understanding of diversity capabilities in our current supply base, supervising performance, and measuring impact and improvement in partnership with the Sourcing Team as well as the Diversity and Inclusion Team
Working closely with business leaders to embed PCL’s supplier diversity strategy and ensuring appropriate purchasing decisions are made with consideration of this strategy across all spend categories
Aligning supplier diversity strategies with business strategies and set specific targets to increase diverse spend and diverse supplier count across the business
Continuing to develop and implement tools to manage the supplier diversity program
Supporting transparent reporting with key performance indicators that can be reviewed and leveraged to make business decisions and progress the supplier diversity program
Assembling and analyzing relevant market and industry data as required
Assisting district and division leaders in achieving business goals by helping identify opportunities, outreach and research
Interacting with the estimating, marketing, and operations teams in proposal development

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline or equivalent experience
5-7 years’ experience in the construction industry or a related business preferred
Good interpersonal skills, with an ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, and diplomatically
Ability to develop professional relationships with industry competition to add knowledge
Possesses good networking skills and understands relationship building
Strong customer-service focus; both internal and external
Solid verbal, written, and visual communication skills; and presentation skills
Ability to think strategically and critically to achieve business development targets
