About the role

We are searching for a Customer Technical Support Manager. This is an exciting role in which you will build a global customer support organization, coordinate with product development, and have face-time with customers to understand their pain-points, translating those into real solutions, and impacting our strategic plan. You will develop an integrated support model with a growing, global partner network. You will directly manage 2 individuals with the opportunity to quickly grow the team over time.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related discipline or a Bachelor’s degree in a non-technical degree with post-graduate training or experience in technology.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in related IT work.
  • Experience supporting SaaS products and technology.
  • Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and related project management and IT ticket management systems.
  • Prometheus or similar monitoring systems.
  • Rundeck, Jenkins or similar tools for CI/CD.
  • SOC 2 compliance (www.aicpa.org).
  • Hands-on experience in the implementation, upgrade or support on CIS, ERP and related enterprise software for the Utilities, municipalities, or small government sector is a plus.
